William Will Christopher Speer Jr. After graduating from American High school in Fremont Ca. William enjoyed playing classic Rock on his drums, he was a sports fan and enjoyed watch his favorite teams, the San Francisco Giants and the San Francisco 49ers.

But what he enjoyed the most was spending time spoiling his grandson Roman William Speer. Bill left Bank after 6 months to enlist in the United States Army. During the Korean Conflict he was assigned as a Special Agent with the CIC Counter Intelligence Corp and remained on active duty for three years, then was transferred to inactive duty for the five years following the end of the Korean Conflict.

He then returned to Citi Bank, moving over into the corporate side. During that time, while with the Overseas Division, he held positions that took him all over the world. Bill remained with the Overseas Division and worked side by side with other career officers expanding the division until his retirement in after 47 years of service.

He still thought of his friends in the Quarter Century Club and Overseas Division, but lost contact with many of them as the years passed. He always hoped that they had as happy and satisfying a life as he. He was also an avid golfer who once had a 6 handicap and was a lifetime member of the P. Partners Tours.
