Can i change cartilage earring
If they don't have pictures of their work, they're probably not showing it for a reason. People spend more time searching for the best place to get a taco than they do finding a decent studio to get a piercing. You're spending money on this, so make it good. Chances are, if it's really cheap, the place is no good and you'll just have to spend money on getting it done again. A piercing gun isn't designed for cartilage, only soft tissue and even then I wouldn't recommend it. Piercing cartilage with a gun can create hardcore hypertrophic scarring and even blow it up.

Some piercers leave studs so long they're like an antenna which catch on everything. If you've got the time and commitment, two piercings in the upper lobe look great with a mix of studs and hoops.
Titanium and gold are hypoallergenic so perfect for piercing with. Gold's actually so antibacterial that if you put it in a petri dish with bacteria, the bacteria migrates away from it. So if you've got sensitive skin, gold is ideal.
A post shared by Maria Tash mariatash. It's your brain trying to take care of your body but everyone can manage it. It's a break outside of the norm which is exciting! It's a hole in your ear so it will be irritating, you just have to be good to it. They are still a little puffy, but not alarming-looking. No fluids are emerging from them. The one that seemed to puff as soon as I took the old earring out is still kind of shiny and the earring looks pressed in because of the swelling, but the other one the one that had seemed to have a little lump all along looks the same as normal.
But the gold-ball part is about half the size of the ones I had before, so although they do still get squished when I sleep on them, there is less metal to press into skin. And I prefer the look of them: I thought the old ones were too big. Do speak up if you know how this goes. Also do speak up if you have figured out how to change a flat-backed earring yourself.
Gosh, I adore you. Way to go, Indiana Jones! I, too, have had issues that need another person when there is no other person around and it is terrible. Cringey badasses, unite! Maybe before the fudge tasting. When I decided to change my conch piercing from hoop to bar, I went back to where I had the piercing done tattoo parlor. They changed the hardware for free, although I did tip. The flat back stud was much more comfortable than the hoop side sleeper!
I smiled at the first Indiana Jones reference, snorted at the second, and laughed loudly at the third. Just a suggestion—the saline spray that is sold for sinus issues. Probably much less expensive and easier to get Target has their own. I feel pretty sure that yes, they should change earrings for you for free, especially if you bought them there, even if not right then, and always a small tip would be appreciated but probably not shamed for the lack thereof.
I switched out my own navel ring a few months after that piercing, and it got a bit pink and puffy. I was not as prepared as you, and doubt I even used alcohol, like a young something traveling might not. I went back to the super-devoted-to-piercing guy who had pierced it so carefully and got a small lecture, a cleaning, and a switch-out of the jewelry all for free!
If the piercer is not always in, though, I wonder whether you would want to call beforehand ha to see whether he is there?
I also have a double upper-cartilage piercing. My original piercing earrings are flat-backed, so that is nice.
A while back, one my mine was bothering me after playing with it too much, so I took out the earring to clean it better. I was also surprised by how the earring worked! My husband had to put it back in for me. The first step to a less problematic healing process of your piercing is the wise selection of the jewelry. Typically, piercing professionals do know about the jewelry that is appropriate for a fresh piercing.
Choose earrings that are safe for fresh piercings. Next, keep it as clean as possible. You will have to be very mindful of the hygiene of your cartilage piercing. Clean it regularly with saline solutions or use other cleaning products available in the market. Give less trauma to your body. By that we mean, get only one cartilage piercing done at a time.
Give it time to heal and then, move on to the next one. Also, get your piercing done on one side at first, so you can sleep on the other side easily. Give each piercing appropriate time to heal and recover. There's no medical reason to get a helix; it's purely for aesthetics.
